Acceptance & Eligibility
By creating an account or using JADD you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement, and you agree to provide accurate information about yourself and the items you list.
What JADD Is
JADD is a marketplace that connects people in Oman who want to buy and sell used goods. JADD is a venue only: we do not own, inspect, or take possession of the items listed, we are not the buyer or seller in any transaction, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any listing.
Your Account & Verification
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Seller identity verification may be required to build trust in the community. Provide truthful information; accounts created with false details or operated fraudulently may be suspended.
Listings & Prohibited Items
List only items you own and are legally allowed to sell, with honest descriptions and your own photos. You may not list illegal, stolen, counterfeit, recalled, or otherwise prohibited items, or anything restricted under the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. JADD may remove any listing and suspend any account at its discretion.
Transactions & Payment
Payment and delivery are arranged directly between buyer and seller. JADD does not process payments and is not responsible for payment, item condition, delivery, or any dispute between users. We strongly recommend meeting in safe public places and inspecting items before paying.
Acceptable Use
Do not use JADD to defraud, harass, spam, or impersonate others, to scrape or copy other users' content without permission, or to interfere with the security or operation of the service.
Content You Post
You keep ownership of the content you post, and you grant JADD a license to display and promote it for the purpose of operating the marketplace. Do not post content you do not have the right to use.
Disclaimers & Liability
JADD is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JADD is not liable for the conduct of users or for the outcome of any transaction arranged through the platform.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk for other users or the platform.
Governing Law & Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of its courts. We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Questions? Reach us at support@joinjadd.com.
